Our Process

Successful charity website design requires a careful, holistic approach and therefore we use a three-phase project process, to ensure we fully meet the needs of your brief.

Discovery Phase

The discovery phase is about our agency team getting to know you and gaining a clear understanding of your audiences and their digital needs. This enables us to build you a fully user-centric website that is perfectly aligned with these audiences and your organisational objectives.

At this stage we’ll be reviewing the existing site content and carrying out user research to create personas that will inform UX design and information architecture.

Development Phase

Here we focus on the two key building blocks for your new website - creative design and application development. We’ll work with you to ensure your website has the look, feel and functionality you require in line with our UX findings. Our specialist development team will then build the website framework, integrate any external systems, and test functionality, accessibility and security. Lastly, your team will receive full CMS training, so they are ready to manage your new website.

Evolution Phase

Approximately four weeks after your project goes live, we will arrange a 360-degree review meeting, to share feedback on the project and where you would like to take your new scalable digital platform next. We’ll help you create a roadmap for any additional future functionality and will offer support as you further develop your overall digital strategy.
